SEO/GEO Team Lead

About the role

Siege Media is a growing and remote-first GEO agency, nationally recognized on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list and Inc. 5000 list. In this role you'll lead your clients, not a team of people. You own the client relationship and strategy from end to end, building the plan, doing the work, and presenting it, with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own clients end to end: build their SEO/GEO strategy, execute the deliverables, and lead client calls to present completed work and explain its impact
• Ideate SEO/GEO roadmaps for client sites based on client KPIs, competitor analysis, site audits, and industry expertise
• Suggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices for client sites across a range of industries and sizes, including eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS
• Audit and optimize high-value product, service, and landing pages across SEO, GEO, and CRO, balancing search rankings, AI citation, and on-page conversion
• Read and interpret site code to find technical SEO/GEO issues like page speed, site architecture, and crawling or indexing problems
