Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and analyse content performance
- Making data-driven adjustments as required
- Support content with keyword research and SEO best practice
- Write clear, informative, and accurate technical content
- Translate complex technical information into easily digestible and engaging content
- Develop a deep technical understanding of our service offering and internal processes to inform relevant content
- Conduct research and interpret data to support product marketing strategies
Requirements
- Understanding of SEO best practice
- Proven copywriting or journalism experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills and ability to understand unfamiliar technical systems quickly
- Understanding of SEO best practice (training will be provided)
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) is desirable
- Experience of Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Adaptable
