About the role

Join Sennheiser as a Service Engineer and contribute to maintaining and repairing our finely engineered audio products that connect people and create remarkable sound experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex audio equipment on all levels without supervision, including standard and advanced wireless systems, wired microphones, headphones, speakers, digital audio interfaces, and networking devices.
  • Work with software/hardware hybrid products and digital audio protocols such as DANTE, AES67, and similar technologies.
  • Apply knowledge of electrical safety standards for device-level repair.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with digital audio protocols like DANTE, AES67, and/or similar.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards for device-level repair (electrical license not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
