Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex audio equipment on all levels without supervision, including standard and advanced wireless systems, wired microphones, headphones, speakers, digital audio interfaces, and networking devices.
• Work with software/hardware hybrid products and digital audio protocols such as DANTE, AES67, and similar technologies.
• Apply knowledge of electrical safety standards for device-level repair.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to six years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex equipment independently.
• Knowledge and experience with software/hardware hybrid products.
• Familiarity with digital audio protocols like DANTE, AES67, and/or similar.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards for device-level repair is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
