Senior Workforce Planning Scheduler
About the role
Partner with business leaders to understand current and future staffing requirements. Develop workforce forecasts and hiring plans based on business growth, attrition, and operational needs. Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, hiring activity, and productivity metrics. Identify talent gaps and recommend recruiting, retention, or workforce development strategies. Monitor workforce trends and provide regular reporting to leadership. Support budgeting and headcount planning processes. Create dashboards and reports to communicate workforce insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Able to work in team environment as well as independently
- Able to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
