Senior Workforce Management Specialist

Requirements

The Senior Workforce Management Specialist position is available at both the Phoenix, AZ and Chester, VA locations. Eligibility for this role includes employees who have completed at least six months in their current position, with exceptions handled on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions include employees in acting roles returning to their home base, those in acting/limited-service roles applying to the same role, those unable to return to a homebase position after acting, and limited-service employees unable to secure a lateral or promotional position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in workforce management applications such as Aspect/Alvaria preferred
• This is a second shift role requiring availability for one weekend day
