Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that provide insight into operational performance and transformation outcomes.
- Perform data validation, quality reviews, and analysis across workforce systems to improve reporting accuracy and data confidence.
- Analyze workforce trends, forecasting performance, staffing alignment, workload distribution, and process effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful reports, visualizations, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
- Measure adoption, efficiency gains, operational improvements, and transformation outcomes through data-driven performance tracking.
- Conduct account assessments and diagnostic reviews to identify opportunities related to governance, process adherence, reporting quality, and workforce performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data quality, or related analytical disciplines.
- Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics that support operational and business decision-making.
- Strong Power BI, Excel, and data analysis skills, including the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions, data visualizations, and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment
- Remote work environment supporting workforce transformation, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $69,400 - $99,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
