For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Workday People Analytics Analyst to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.
About the role
You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for workforce insights
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather requirements for effective reporting
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday reporting and People Analytics functions
- Conduct analyses to uncover workforce trends and inform decision-making processes
- Develop documentation to ensure consistent use of HR data and promote self-service reporting
- Support data integrity efforts through audits and compliance checks for reporting accuracy
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on reporting processes and analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field like Human Resources or Analytics preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in People Analytics or HR reporting required
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics is essential
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and business processes needed
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into insights essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools preferred
Pay
$125,000 – $140,000 annually
