Serve as the functional lead for Workday Core HCM and Compensation
Administer and optimize Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities.
Manage Workday security architecture, audit reporting, and governance activities.
Lead data conversion efforts, including support for acquisitions and organizational changes.
Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Qualify
- 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Core HCM and Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workday Security administration and governance
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Administration, Calculated Fields, and Reporting
- Experience leading data conversion and migration initiatives, including M&A integrations
- Background supporting audit, compliance, and security reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing Workday releases and governance processes
- Ability to independently lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
