Technical Expertise
- Technical expertise in Workday HCM, including all modules/functionality, integrations, security, and reports.
- Participates in local Workday user groups, stays updated on best practices, trends, and certifications relevant to the role.
Team Collaboration
- Serves on the Platform Team, collaborating with the Workday Operations Director and other team members.
HR Functional Skills
- Effective understanding of HR operations and payroll.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in PC Windows-based software.
- Knowledge of computer programming, logic, systems analysis, and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Workday HCM report writing using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
- Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and using ETL tools.
- Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning.
- Strong technical experience with XML and Java.
- Knowledge of Workday implementation tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad.
Database Knowledge
- Basic understanding of database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and impacts to downstream systems.
