About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Workday Engineer who is local to Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC for an onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM solutions including integrations, security, and advanced reporting.
- Work with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate to build and enhance functionality.
- Develop and manage Workday integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SFTP, XSLT, and JSON.
- Support large-scale Workday deployments and serve as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant.
- Implement and manage Workday modules such as Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, and Payroll Integrations.
- Create and maintain calculated fields, composite reports, and advanced reports.
- Apply enterprise integration design patterns.
- Handle Workday Time Tracking and Workday Compensation Management.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR and Workday technologies.
- 7+ years of HR technology experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments.
- Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on Workday programs.
