Senior Workday Integrations Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Engineer to own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Workday integrations using various Workday tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations from design to deployment
• Conduct root-cause analysis on production failures to enhance service delivery
• Improve system health through enhanced monitoring and error handling
• Document integration processes and mentor colleagues on best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations in enterprise environments
• Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and related technologies
• Knowledge of data protocols like REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Familiar with security standards including OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Understanding of core HR functional areas such as Payroll and Benefits

Pay

$106,000 – $170,000 annually
