Senior Engineer - Workday

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $160,000 – $190,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration using Agile methodologies
• Participate in design sessions with peers to enhance project outcomes
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality
• Utilize developer tools throughout the software development lifecycle
• Diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues effectively
• Mentor junior engineers to foster skill development
• Share best practices and strive for process improvements across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in software development within the Workday framework
• 2 years of experience in building system architecture and design
• Familiarity with DevOps Concepts and Cloud Architecture
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Operational Framework and Cloud Engineering
• Knowledge of at least one framework such as open source frameworks, .NET CORE, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express
