We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Workato" and "Why join us?" but we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Workato (company description) and Why join us? (culture/benefits). Could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content matches. We have responsibilities, requirements/qualifications/skills, benefits (some mention of benefits but not detailed). Pay and schedule not present. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to include About the role? The posting includes "About Workato" and "Why join us?" which could be considered "About the role"? Might be better to treat as "About the role" describing the role? But we have responsibilities separate. The "About Workato" is company overview, not role. Could we put it under "About the role"? Might be okay but not precise. However instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. We have responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits. We have qualifications and experience/technical skills, soft skills, nice to haves. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

About the role

maybe include company description and why join us? But that is not exactly role. Could also omit About the role if no specific role description besides responsibilities. However we have a paragraph describing the role: "We are seeking a senior, hands-on Workday Business Systems Analyst contractor..." That's under Responsibilities heading actually. So we could put that under About the role? Might be better to have About the role containing the brief description of the role (the first paragraph under Responsibilities). But the responsibilities section already lists duties. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role heading with a short paragraph summarizing role. Let's extract role summary: "We are seeking a senior, hands-on Workday Business Systems Analyst contractor to own the day-to-day operation and enhancement of our Workday environment during a parental leave coverage period (6 months). This role is centered on US Payroll and Benefits, with responsibility for Workday security, business-process configuration, approval routing, I-9/E-Verify support, and production issue resolution. The contractor will operate with substantial technical autonomy, partnering with HR and Payroll stakeholders on policy decisions and escalating only material technical, architecture, or high-risk changes to Business Technology leadership. In addition to operational coverage, this role may lead the end-to-end implementation of Philippines timekeeping in Workday Time Tracking if the initiative is approved following requirements and feasibility assessment." That seems appropriate for About the role. Then Responsibilities: list bullet points from "In This Role, You Will Also Be Responsible To ..." and subsequent bullet-like sentences. We need to convert each duty into
  • . Responsibilities list: - Own daily Workday administration and operational support for US Payroll, Benefits, security, business processes, approval routing, and related employee lifecycle processes. - Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve production issues affecting payroll, benefits, employee data, approvals, access, and compliance-sensitive workflows. - Configure, test, document, and deploy Workday changes, including business processes, security groups, domain permissions, eligibility rules, reports, calculated fields, integrations, and approval routing. - Support US payroll operations in Workday, including payroll-cycle readiness, issue triage, configuration support, data validation, and coordination with Payroll stakeholders. - Administer and troubleshoot US benefits processes, including eligibility, life events, enrollment-related workflows, deductions, and vendor-facing operational needs. - Support I-9/E-Verify processes and related Workday configuration, reporting, and issue resolution. - Maintain appropriate Workday security and access controls; investigate permission issues and implement approved changes. - Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to translate approved policy or process decisions into reliable Workday solutions. (HR and Payroll retain accountability for policy, eligibility, tax, and statutory-pay decisions.) - Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, releases, known issues, operating procedures, and transition handoffs. - Support Workday reporting and reporting-access needs as part of operational coverage. - Assess the feasibility, requirements, risks, and implementation approach for moving Philippines timekeeping from ADP to Workday Time Tracking. - If approved, lead the end-to-end Workday Time Tracking implementation, including requirements, configuration, testing, stakeholder coordination, deployment, and transition to operational support. - Coordinate with downstream system owners where an issue extends beyond Workday. - Building or modifying Workato automations is not in scope. We need to keep all. Then Requirements / Qualifications / Technical Skills: we have list. We could split into Requirements (hard) and Qualifications (maybe same). But instruction: we can have Requirements and Qualifications sections separately if content exists. We have "Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills" heading then bullet list. Then "Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics". Then "Nice to Haves". So we can create sections: Requirements (hard), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe technical skills), but we need to avoid duplication. Better: Use Requirements for the hard requirements (6+ years, deep practical experience US Payroll, strong experience administering Workday Benefits, demonstrated Workday security expertise, experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, working knowledge of I-9/E-Verify, experience partnering with HR/Payroll, authorized to work full-time US). Then Skills could be soft skills? But we have separate Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics. Could map to Skills section? Or we could have Qualifications for soft skills? Hmm. Given the instruction's examples, we can include sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We have content for Requirements (hard), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? but we can put the list under Requirements and skip Qualifications if duplicate). We have Skills (maybe technical skills) but we already included technical in Requirements. Could put Soft Skills under Skills. Nice to Haves could be under Skills as well or separate? But we should not create thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Requirements section, and Skills into another section containing soft skills and nice to haves. Benefits: we have some mention of benefits in "Why join us?" but not specific benefits like health insurance etc. The posting says: "We offer all of our employees a vibrant and dynamic work environment along with a multitude of benefits they can enjoy inside and outside of their work lives." That's vague; not specific. According to instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The benefits statement is vague but still states they offer benefits. However it's not specific. Might be considered filler? It says "multitude of benefits". Not specific. Safer to omit Benefits section because no concrete benefits listed. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:

    About the role

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Workday Business Systems Analyst contractor to own the day-to-day operation and enhancement of our Workday environment during a parental leave coverage period (6 months). • Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, releases, known issues, operating procedures, and transition handoffs.
    • Support Workday reporting and reporting-access needs as part of operational coverage.
    • Assess the feasibility, requirements, risks, and implementation approach for moving Philippines timekeeping from ADP to Workday Time Tracking.
    • If approved, lead the end-to-end Workday Time Tracking implementation, including requirements, configuration, testing, stakeholder coordination, deployment, and transition to operational support.
    • Coordinate with downstream system owners where an issue extends beyond Workday.
    • Building or modifying Workato automations is not in scope.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of hands-on Workday functional, business-systems, or HRIS experience in a complex production environment.
    • Deep, practical experience supporting US Payroll in Workday; this is a core requirement.
    • Strong experience administering Workday Benefits, including eligibility, enrollment, life events, deductions, and related operational processes.
    • Demonstrated Workday security expertise, including security groups, domain permissions, business-process security, and access troubleshooting.
    • Experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, approval routing, condition rules, notifications, reports, calculated fields, and integrations.
    • Working knowledge of I-9/E-Verify operations and related Workday processes.
    • Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders on sensitive, compliance-related system changes.
    • Authorized and available to work full-time in the United States during US business hours.

    Skills

    • Proven ability to independently own production support, make sound technical decisions, and escalate appropriately when risk is material.
    • Strong documentation, testing, release-management, and stakeholder-communication skills.
    • Nice to have: Workday Time Tracking implementation experience, including schedules, time calculations, approvals, overtime or premium-pay considerations, absence integration, and downstream payroll flow.
    • Nice to have: Experience evaluating complex timekeeping requirements across shifts, holidays, leave, overtime, and local payroll considerations.
