Responsibilities

• Daily settlement of correspondent accounts, including the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) account
• ACH processing and reconciliation for FRB & DDA
• Rotating monthly into assigned ACH or wire transfer functions
• Processing incoming and outgoing wires
• Providing customer support for CCM products
• Performing sales and training for CCM customers
• Originating ACH transactions for the Loan Department
• Verifying prenotes/DNE and processing affidavits
• Handling branch and customer calls
• Coaching, counseling, and developing employees
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reconciliation experience
• Previous sales or supervisory experience
• Ability to work indoors in an environmentally controlled setting; may require occasional standing, walking, bending, and carrying of light items
