About the role
The Electronic Services Processor is responsible for processing electronic transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Responsibilities
- Process electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Verify transaction details and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to transactions
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
