Senior Wealth Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • All day to day administration for assigned clients
  • Administer and service a portfolio of complex wealth management accounts, including trusts, investment accounts, and client portfolios
  • Execute and oversee account transactions, including account openings, asset transfers, distributions, and maintenance activities
  • Review and interpret trust documents and governing instruments to ensure proper administration
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex administrative issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Answer client calls, assist clients with issues other than advice (e.g., trust/estate, financial planning, investments), answer basic inquiries, resolve problems.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to support clients such as bill paying (where applicable), cash disbursement, routine correspondence, all aspects of account maintenance and follow-up on account ticklers.
  • Maintain data on customers in system of record and CRM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, trust administration, or financial services operations
  • Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration, investment operations, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Professional designations (e.g., CTFA, CFP) are a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in wealth management systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools

Compensation

The good-faith, reasonable base salary range for this role is $77,000–$100,000. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This role may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
