Wealth Management Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administers complex trust and investment agency accounts according to governing instruments and bank policies.
• Works closely with Wealth Management Business Development officers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintains high levels of customer service by proactively communicating with grantors and beneficiaries.
• Maintains daily cash balances and consults with investments officers on portfolio management, including setting investment objectives.
• Pursues business opportunities through community involvement and generates referrals from existing clients and external sources.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on applicable regulations, statutes, and legal precedents.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in wealth management or trust administration required.
• Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and high level of accountability.
• Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office suite of products, and ability to learn and utilize custom banking systems and applications.
• Ability to maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
