Senior Water Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Deliver municipal Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, and construction phases with excellent client service and quality in mind.
  • Lead multidisciplinary technical teams (Consor staff and subconsultants).
  • Manage work programs.
  • Provide excellent client service and quality management.
  • Assist with business development and winning the next project (e.g., developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years relevant water/wastewater engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada, or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment.
  • BS in Engineering.
  • Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects.

Work Environment

This hybrid position fluctuates between an office environment and a field environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, and copy machines. This job will require occasional exposure to work environments that may include inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, construction hazards, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements.

  • Physical demands include frequent sitting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, and occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
  • Operating a company vehicle, and may include lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.
