About the role

Supports distribution operations by verifying transportation, updating warehouse systems, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, and resolving routine issues to ensure accurate product movement and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation and shipment data
• Update logistics systems
• Monitor fleet and inventory movements
• Prepare dispatch and receipt documentation
• Address delivery or inventory discrepancies to maintain operational integrity

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, or logistics
• Forklift/cherry picker experience
• Preferred: Certification such as CSCP is a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of fleet and warehouse operations, logistics documentation, and operational controls
• Strong analytical, communication, and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to support process improvements
