About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Support Associate to assist with warehouse and distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement.
- Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records.
- Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
- Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing.
- Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
- Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, inventory control, or related fields.
Skills
- Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
- Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, and support continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- Preferred: Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP).
