About the role

Support warehouse and logistics operations by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment data to ensure accurate product movement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Update systems with transaction details and operational records to maintain data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue resolution.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for accurate transaction processing.
• Review and resolve routine exceptions related to deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.

Skills

• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to process routine activities and support continuous improvement.

Preferred

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent.
