About the role

Invivyd is seeking experienced and driven Senior Virology Care Specialists to develop strong, compliant relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties and account types, including IDNs, health systems, and community clinics. This remote role requires a business owner mindset to drive product demand, manage territory strategy, and deliver compelling product presentations while staying compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compliant relationships with HCPs by understanding their needs and sharing accurate information about Invivyd’s products.
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue to compel customers to act on behalf of their patients and address obstacles within accounts.
  • Identify shared priorities and create a territory business plan to drive product demand and meet partner needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including provider offices and health systems, to inform account selling strategies.
  • Manage territory with accountability, energy, and urgency while adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and other teams to support customer needs.
  • Operate with an enterprise mindset to gather and share customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on account and territory strategy to maximize internal and external knowledge.
  • Aggregate customer and market data to drive total selling engagements using a data-driven approach.
  • Prioritize customers and accounts to align with strategic plans and maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; candidates without a degree but with significant relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles.
  • Sales experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • Must live within the stated territory and be able to travel five days a week, including overnights, to conduct visits and complete administrative tasks.
  • Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required.
  • Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Demonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of territory responsibilities.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 for full-time base salary at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and education. The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
