About the role

This is an exciting role for a hands-on Senior Video Specialist who excels across video production, editing, photography, motion graphics, and live event support. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, on a live production, or capturing photography at corporate events. This person will help create compelling content that supports the brand, thought leadership, and business initiatives across video, social media, webcasts, podcasts, broadcast television, and live events.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing and editing video content for brand communications, social media, executive interviews, podcasts, webcasts, and branded content
  • Executing all aspects of post-production, including video editing, motion graphics, color correction, audio mixing, music selection, and final delivery
  • Operating professional camera, audio, and lighting equipment in studio, office, event, and trading floor environments
  • Creating and editing photography for corporate events, internal communications, marketing initiatives, and executive needs
  • Supporting live and virtual productions, helping ensure smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues as needed
  • Assisting with broadcast television appearances, including studio setup, camera operation, talent preparation, and production support
  • Creating engaging motion graphics and animations, including title sequences, lower thirds, social media assets, and branded video elements that enhance storytelling and align with the brand standards
  • Organizing and maintaining digital media libraries and production assets
  • Helping manage and maintain video, audio, lighting, and photography equipment
  • Providing guidance and coaching to on-camera talent on presentation and recording best practices
  • Staying current on emerging content formats, production techniques, and digital media trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, photography, or multimedia content creation
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows, camera systems, lighting, audio recording, and live production
  • Experience creating content for social media, corporate communications, digital marketing, broadcast, or media environments
  • Strong photography skills with experience editing and retouching professional images
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa.
