What You'll Do

  • Co-lead daily operations and strategic initiatives alongside the President
  • Take ownership of new buildings as the firm expands its portfolio
  • Serve as a key face of the company in business development efforts
  • Guide and support managing agents to uphold high-touch service standards
  • Oversee vendor relationships, budget planning, and performance metrics
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with boards and clients as a trusted advisor
  • Help shape the future of the firm during a pivotal leadership transition

Qualifications

  • Seasoned property management professional with 10–15 years of experience within NYC condominiums and co-ops
  • A business-minded leader with a bachelor's degree; an MBA or master's in finance or management is a plus
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
  • Comfortable managing complex capital projects, including façade restorations, mechanical upgrades, and interior renovations
  • A confident communicator who builds trust with boards, owners, and high-net-worth clients
  • Skilled in pitching and onboarding new clients, with a track record of driving growth

Pay

$175,000 – 225,000 annually + bonus, based on experience

Schedule

NYC – Company is based in Manhattan; portfolio includes buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and LIC. Role requires frequent site visits.
