Senior Vice President, POM Product Management

About the role

The Senior Vice President, Product Owner role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for the Reference Data Gateway, supporting multiple instruction capture and downstream platforms. The role involves driving scalable, sustainable RDG capabilities that improve data quality, increase automation, and reduce manual processing and operational risk. It requires partnering closely with Operations, Technology, and Data leaders to align RDG priorities with platform strategy, regulatory expectations, and client outcomes. The role demands translating complex operational, data, and control requirements into clear product roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions. It also involves acting as a key coordination point across dependent PODs and platforms, ensuring RDG solutions are reusable, well-governed, and fit for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery for the Reference Data Gateway, supporting multiple instruction capture and downstream platforms.
• Drive scalable, sustainable RDG capabilities that improve data quality, increase automation, and reduce manual processing and operational risk.
• Partner closely with Operations, Technology, and Data leaders to align RDG priorities with platform strategy, regulatory expectations, and client outcomes.
• Translate complex operational, data, and control requirements into clear product roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
• Act as a key coordination point across dependent PODs and platforms, ensuring RDG solutions are reusable, well-governed, and fit for scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10 years of total work experience preferred, with senior-level experience in data platforms, asset servicing, or post-trade environments.
• Proven experience operating at Director/SVP level as a Product Owner, Product Lead, or equivalent in a complex, regulated organization.
• Strong understanding of reference data and gateway-style platforms that support instruction capture, validation, and downstream processing.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, set clear direction, and drive delivery across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Experience leading and mentoring senior product or change professionals, with accountability for outcomes and delivery quality.
