Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team in Berwyn, PA.
About the Role
This role involves:
- Driving the development of key client reporting and solutions with significant impact.
- Serving as a thought leader and expert within the Managed Account Solutions Engineering management team and across the organization.
- Collaborating closely with Clients, VP Product Managers and Directors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategy.
- Influencing product direction, often working with clients on reporting that are critical to the business or are highly innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 8-10+ years of product management experience, including creating strategic reporting product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred and directly with clients on requirements, development, and implementation.
- Experience building and launching reporting products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
