Senior Vice President, Operations - Remote

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational strategic priorities in partnership with the COO
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and measure outcomes
• Ensure accountability and execution of key strategic initiatives across the organization
• Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and market competitiveness
• Drive integrated strategies for value-based care in collaboration with clinical leadership and providers
• Oversee product strategy and ensure competitive offerings in the market
• Spearhead operational improvement initiatives by leveraging technology and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in health plan or healthcare operations functions
• Deep understanding of health plan operations, provider reimbursement, and healthcare economics
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of enhancing operational and financial performance

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
