They have a current opening for a Senior Vice President Operations based in New England. Medicare Hospice leadership experience is required. This person will manage operations, clinical performance, financials, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. This person will help drive the strategic direction of the Hospice service line while delivering quality care. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Senior Vice President Operations Requirements10+ years of senior operations leadership experience at the multi-site level.A bachelor’s prepared clinician is required: Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Therapist, Chaplain etc.Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s. ACO experience a plus.Ability to travel throughout the region.Mergers & Acquisitions / Integrations experience. Senior Vice President Operations Job ResponsibilitiesOversee operations & financials for entire Hospice service line and directly reporting leaders.Ensure strong clinical care.Collaborate with senior leadership team on strategic direction of the organization.Lead service line growth organically and through M&A.Participate in community and industry engagement.
