Senior Vice President of Hospice Operations-CA

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and make recommendations for improvement to the organization’s core services focusing on resource planning, deployment and utilization
• Assist in the development of organizational standards and key performance indicators that encompasses such areas as staffing ratios, scheduling, logistics and financial performance
• Direct an internal team that reviews and monitors daily key performance indicators in support of business operations
• Develop both short-term and long-term strategies for improving resource management
• Guide and direct management in the development, production, promotion, and operational and financial aspects of the organization's services
• Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives
• Oversee executives who direct field/program activities that implement the organization's policies
• Implement programs that meet corporate goals and objectives
• Create the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth
• Maintain a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession
