Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global influencer strategy framework, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and measurable impact across markets
- Lead US influencer strategy on priority accounts, serving as the senior strategic voice from brief through execution
- Identify emerging creator trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments, translating them into proactive client recommendations
- Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to build measurement frameworks that connect influencer investment to business outcomes
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, contributing to POV's, industry panels, new business pitches, and client presentations
- Collaborate closely with the EVP, Influencer Client Lead and practice leadership to align strategy with broader growth priorities
- Manage and mentor VP/Director-level strategy talent
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in influencer, media, or integrated marketing strategy
- Proven experience developing and scaling global strategy frameworks across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and platform dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to identify cultural trends and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience working with data, analytics, and measurement solutions tied to business outcomes
- Strong leadership experience, including managing senior-level talent
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
- Experience working in an agency or client service environment preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
