About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President Editorial Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Compensation
$250,000 – $305,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the content publishing vision and strategy
- Collaborate with teams to develop timely stories based on insights and trends
- Produce high-quality private markets content across various formats
- Simplify complex investment concepts into client-friendly narratives
- Utilize analytics to guide content decisions and assess performance
- Oversee content creation workflow ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Act as liaison between investment staff and marketing teams for content alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in editorial, reporting, or content roles within financial publishing or asset management; 5+ years in editorial role
- Deep understanding of capital markets and private markets (including private credit and equity)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong record in thought leadership content
- Executive presence to engage with senior investment professionals effectively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with diverse content formats and channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree or CFA/CAIA designation preferred
