Senior Vice President
About the role
The Federal Savings Bank is a veteran-owned, federally chartered bank offering a wide array of Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie, jumbo, and bank portfolio loan programs. As a federally chartered institution, you can originate loans in all 50 states from day one. Unique portfolio programs enable you and your referral partners to approve more borrowers, including ITIN, new construction, second home, and investment property clients. The bank provides robust marketing support, a mobile app, and custom design requests to give you a competitive edge. A culture that encourages originators to build their own brand while leveraging the bank’s platform is fostered, and top performers enjoy annual Chairman’s Club trips to destinations such as Italy, Peru, and Spain. You will have access to experienced, in‑house operations staff for processing, underwriting, closing, and post‑closing, with on‑site support available in most loan production offices. The bank offers a full suite of loan products (FHA/VA, conventional, USDA, jumbo, 203k/renovation, condos/co‑ops, multi‑family, commercial, personal lending, etc.) and maintains a strong secondary department with over 40 investor relationships, acting as a direct seller/servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
