Job Purpose
This position supports the Strategic Vendor Governance office by providing performance analytics, insights, and operational support across strategic vendor relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data (CSLs, SLAs, KPIs, vendor scorecards)
- Maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards for leadership and executive reviews at the vendor and enterprise level
- Independently analyzes vendor performance and risk indicators, surfacing insights and recommendations to governance leadership
- Identify emerging performance, financial, and operational risk indicators and proactively escalate potential issues
- Prepare executive ready materials summarizing vendor performance, risks, action plans, and financial impacts
- Track vendor commitments, remediation actions, and follow through on agreed outcomes
- Aid in tracking contract performance, savings, credits, penalties, and benefits realization
- Support renewal and renegotiation efforts by compiling historical performance and commercial insights
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, or analytics with demonstrated ability to manage complex analyses
- Experience working with outsourced service providers or complex third-party relationships preferred
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools required
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM), vendor risk management tools, and ERP/reporting platforms preferred
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive ready insights

Pay
Base Salary Range $83,100.00 - $124,700.00
