What You'll Be Owning
- Architecting and designing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Providing Tier 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues.
- Offering endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Maintaining advanced knowledge in administration, engineering, and implementation of VDI-related technologies.
- Operating across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Applying extensive technical expertise and making recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions.
What You Must Have
- US Citizenship required with a TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI polygraph.
- 5+ years of experience with a BS degree or a combination of years of experience and education.
- Progressive roles from Administrator to Senior Engineer.
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later.
- Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
- Experience with Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- Experience with Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX.
- Experience with Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
- Experience with Citrix App Layering.
- Experience with Liquidware Profile Unity.
- Experience with Hyper V, VMware VDI (Microsoft or Citrix NetScalers / ADCs).
- Familiarity with HP AnyConnect and Leostream.
- Experience managing and administering Windows Server clustering.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Experience with System Center Virtual Machine Manager/Vmware Vcenter 6.7.
- Experience with Active Directory/Group Policies.
- Experience with Home Directory and Profile management.
- Experience with Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services.
