About the role
D2 Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to clients, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions using our service management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, common IT tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience with network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
