• Hunt down the best founders before everyone else sees them. Build creative sourcing strategies that give us an edge.
• Evaluate - Deep dive on markets, models, and metrics. Develop sharp theses on where markets are going and drive analysis that makes investment decisions.
• Network - Build relationships with founders and ecosystem players that lead to deal flow and trust.
• Support - Work with portfolio companies on the problems that matter—GTM, hiring, strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of VC deal team experience, preference for AI and industrials (manufacturing, logistics, agtech, etc)
• Voraciously curious with strong, defensible points of view
• Hunter mentality: you find opportunities, you don't wait for them
• Exceptional communicator with strong analytical skills
• Independent operator who knows when to collaborate

Location

Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate), in office 3 days/week

Pay

Base salary: $150-175k
