About the role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team in the Inland Empire. This position involves developing new client relationships, managing landlord relationships, and participating in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Email campaigns
- Social Media (LinkedIn, blogging, tweeting, etc.)
- Cold calling
- Community involvement
- Attend Real Estate industry conferences
- Manage database of contacts and real estate data
- Survey markets for availabilities
- Call local listing brokers
- Prepare and review proposals
- Participate in lease/sale negotiations
- Create marketing materials
- Manage marketing process
- Track responses and follow-up with interested parties
- Understand and manage landlord needs
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
- Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success
- California Real Estate license

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
