Senior Vapor Etch Process Engineer (Wet Process)

Role Overview: As a Vapor Etch Process Engineer, you will develop, optimize, and sustain vapor-phase etch and cleaning processes used in semiconductor manufacturing, primarily focusing on HF vapor etch and selective oxide removal for advanced DRAM technologies. Responsibilities: Own and refine vapor etch process modules, improve defectivity, optimize parameters such as pressure and temperature, perform root cause analysis, lead process qualification and technology transfer, collaborate on hardware improvements, and utilize data analysis tools to drive yield, cost, and productivity enhancements.Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of direct vapor etch process experience in high-volume manufacturing, hands-on with vapor etch tools, and a BS/MS in engineering or related field. Preferred skills include deep understanding of vapor phase reactions, experience with leading etch platforms, defect reduction expertise, and familiarity with DRAM integration and data analytics.
