Skills
- Appraisal and valuation of all property types within the commercial real estate industry
- Executing valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.)
- Working with other team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Gathering pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers
- Reviewing industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
- Preparing and presenting the results of analysis in a clear and concise manner
