Responsibilities
- Aid in defining the employer and ATS integration experience.
- Design for a technical, partner-facing audience involved in complex systems and real partner relationships.
- Show genuine ownership from the start of projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Product UX Design (Senior Individual Contributor level).
- Hands-on experience; this role is not a lead or strategy role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Understanding of usability testing.
- Experience with A/B testing.
Qualifications
- A portfolio must be included with the submission.
- Have strong working-hour overlap with the US Pacific and Central time zones, and some overlap with Eastern time is an advantage.
- Nice to have familiarity with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
- Experience in designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces).
- Understanding of applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
