Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

A leading technology company specializing in innovative solutions for government agencies is seeking a talented individual to enhance digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Execute user-centered design and validation activities for a growing portfolio of digital experiences
• Partner with Product Managers, UI Designers, SMEs, and UX Leads to improve usability, adoption, and workflow alignment
• Independently create UI designs and high-fidelity prototypes grounded in Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles
• Develop and facilitate task-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and sessions
• Conduct user touchpoints such as usability sessions, feedback reviews, and validation activities
• Translate user insights and UX guidance into product-specific flows, interactions, and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 8-10 years of relevant UX, UI, usability, or product design experience
• Proficiency in creating UI designs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Demonstrated experience supporting usability evaluations, task-based testing, or user-centered product validation
• Clear understanding of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with product teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance

Pay

Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $135,000 per year
