Senior UX/UI Designer
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape intuitive digital experiences that support users in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will lead design work from early discovery through implementation, translating research and stakeholder input into solutions that improve usability and consistency. The position partners closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create accessible, brand-aligned experiences across digital touchpoints. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation.
- Develop and deliver design insights and solutions to enhance product usability.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing on design briefs.
- Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices and design standards.
- Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines across digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field and 4 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Pay
$107,600 – $147,950 annually
