Senior UX Product Designer (Remote)

Location: Remote US-Based (ability to travel monthly to Malvern, PA preferred)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with extension or conversion potential)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation Range: $70.00 - $93.00 per hour W2

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for contact center workflows to optimize operational efficiency and internal user engagement.
• Partner as a consultative strategist with cross-functional product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate emerging Generative AI capabilities into the internal CRM and communication ecosystem.
• Formulate data-driven design proposals derived from user feedback and analytics to continuously iterate on service design solutions.
• Translate complex business goals and technical constraints into elegant workflow architectures to maximize crew productivity and streamline digital tool interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, specializing in internal tools, enterprise platforms, or service design.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, with specific exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys).
• Business Impact: A proven track record of optimizing complex user workflows, incorporating AI-enabled features, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
• Education & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience), combined with strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools.
