About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new benefits programs that align with company goals and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of new benefits offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting benefits administration.
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on new benefits programs.
  • Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with benefits administration software.
  • Knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
