About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new benefits programs that align with company goals and improve employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of new benefits offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting benefits administration.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on new benefits programs.
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with benefits administration software.
- Knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
