Senior UX Designer, Digital Assets [AQ-10763]

Responsibilities
- Lead design exploration and decision-making independently, from problem definition through execution.
- Design delightful and satisfying solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Support product design efforts from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Create seamless interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Proactively manage and deliver assigned work, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain high design standards, adhering to established channel guidelines and the organizational design system, while thoughtfully evolving patterns.
- Cultivate strong, productive partnerships with peers and cross-functional teams through clear communication and mutual accountability.
- Model strong leadership behaviors through exceptional craft, communication, and follow-through.
- Mentor or support less experienced designers, contributing to team growth.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of UX design experience, specifically focused on digital products.
- 1+ year of UX experience designing for touch-based mobile interfaces.
- An online portfolio showcasing design thinking that leads to innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows (professionally or independently) to support design, research, or problem-solving, with an interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences.
- Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently.
- Able to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers is a plus.
