Senior UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Create crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes across platforms
- Design impactful research artifacts to support/challenge ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels
- Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff
- Self-start projects rooted in research or design thinking
- Support and build out processes with design leadership
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of user-experience design required
- A high-quality portfolio containing real-world projects
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Ability to present work with confidence
- Comfortable in Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pendo a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area
- Curiosity for design systems
Salary Range:
$150,000 USD - $175,000 USD
