Senior UX Designer
The Senior UX Designer role is based in the United States and involves working at the intersection of product design, cybersecurity, and large-scale data systems. The position requires strong systems thinking and attention to detail, and you will own end-to-end design for critical product areas.
About the role
This role involves collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design solutions that simplify complexity without losing precision. You will also strengthen and scale a shared design system that improves consistency and delivery speed across the organization, and integrate research and analytics into your workflow to continuously refine usability and trust in the product.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for complex features, from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and production-ready handoff
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear, usable, and defensible design solutions in partnership with Product and Engineering
- Contribute to, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
- Conduct usability testing and integrate qualitative and quantitative research insights into iterative design improvements
- Leverage product analytics tools to understand user behavior and refine UX decisions based on real-world usage patterns
- Design accessible, inclusive experiences aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards as a default practice
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of design decisions and high-quality product delivery
- Use modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining high design standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex software or platform features
- Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries at scale
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design tools, with openness to AI-assisted workflows
- Experience incorporating usability testing, user research, and product analytics into the design process
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and experience designing inclusive digital experiences
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to design across interconnected product surfaces and workflows
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with engineering and product stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or LLM-based workflows is a plus
- Background in SaaS or enterprise platform products is a strong plus
