Senior UX Designer

About the role

As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that all design elements align with the company's vision and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and validate design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design and incorporate them into designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven ability to create effective visual designs and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role is full-time and requires an on-site presence in Lehi, UT.
