Senior UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Communications, Media, and Technology practice. In this role, you will lead the user experience process from concept to delivery—transforming user insights into high-impact visual design and intuitive digital products. Operating within an Agile framework, you will collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to elevate product interfaces and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design processes including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and design specification delivery.
• Design and optimize site interactions and landing pages to improve business metrics such as performance, retention, and conversion.
• Plan and execute usability testing and A/B testing methodologies to validate design choices against real user data.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to maintain design systems and scalable solution architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in UX Design utilizing Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Jira/ADO, and Confluence.
• Proven track record of leading user experience workflows in an Agile/scrum environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration concepts and design integration.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity (minimum 3 days/week) in Plano, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience within the Communication, Media, and Technology (CM&T) domain.
• SAFe Agile training or certification.
• Hands-on expertise with secondary prototyping tools such as Principle or Axure.
